Delete your account and data

You can ask Dayrun to delete your account and associated family data. During early access, requests are handled by email. An in-app deletion option will also be provided before public mobile-store release.

What will be deleted

• Your Dayrun account profile.
• Family member profiles, schedules and assignments associated with the account.
• Imported school-email content, calendar information and stored school documents controlled by your account.
• Connected-account access tokens.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Retained information will remain protected and will not be used to provide the deleted account.

Verification and timing

We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a different period is required or permitted by applicable law. Backups may take additional time to cycle out securely.

Disconnecting is different

Disconnecting Google or Microsoft stops new access but does not automatically delete information already stored in Dayrun. Use the deletion process above if you also want stored information removed.
